Halibut fishing is good all year, peaking in May through August. Late May through June is the peak for shallow-water halibut.
Rockfish is strong throughout the fishing season, with yelloweye and lingcod opening on July 1st.
Salmon: Kings are abundant May through July with June being the best. Silvers and Pinks typically arrive in late June and are accessible through August. Sockeyes (Reds) do not feed in saltwater but are caught in local rivers June – July under strict regulations.”
